• Own and structure Duna’s product roadmap — turn vision, strategy, and real-world constraints into a clear, evolving plan • Break down complex problems into well-scoped, coherent product initiatives and features • Define product goals, success metrics, and trade-offs in close collaboration with engineering, design, and commercial teams • Continuously balance short-term delivery with long-term product architecture and strategy • Encapsulate features into clear narratives — why they exist, how they fit together, and what problem they solve

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product management or product leadership, ideally in complex B2B or platform products
  • Strong systems thinking — you understand how individual features interact within a larger product ecosystem
  • Comfort working closely with engineering on technical trade-offs and long-term architecture
  • Clear communicator — you document decisions, assumptions, and reasoning transparently
