As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for: - Architecting and developing software from design through testing and deployment, including new functionality, enhancements, and bug fixes - Following good development methodology, including collaboration with testing and SQA departments to successfully deploy changes in an agile environment - Measuring, maintaining and optimizing distributed system performance and reliability - Working in diverse nature of programming languages as needed - Mentoring Junior Software Engineer on technology aspects Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: - Have 4+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field. - Have solid experience in Java (11/17/21+) and associated ecosystems and building high-performance applications in Linux/Unix environments. - Demonstrate expertise in delivering secure software, designing distributed systems, implementing microservices patterns, and ensuring code quality via automated testing. - Demonstrate noticeable experience with container platforms and cloud orchestration, specifically using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud ecosystems like Azure (AKS, App Service) or AWS - Demonstrate experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning and schema design for PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, or Oracle. - Show expertise in CI/CD and Observability using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana. - Demonstrate leadership and mentorship expertise, effectively performing technical code reviews, establishing architectural standards, and fostering the growth of junior engineers.
