What will I be doing… - First-Line Support & Customer Service: - Provide first-line technical support for all EHS learning platforms and tools - Act as first point of contact for advice on using QEHSS Learning processes or systems - Deliver personalised support to enhance user adoption and experience - Create and maintain knowledge base articles and user guides - Monitor support metrics and identify trends for proactive improvements - Learning Systems Administration: - Monitor, manage and support the maintenance of the organisation's LMS (Docebo) - Execute content uploads and maintenance activities - Check for data accuracy, conduct regular system audits and maintain data integrity - Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Assess change impacts of new learning initiatives on end users - Coordination & Administration: - Support the booking and managing of training courses delivered by the EHS Learning team - Support the coordination and recording of local and regional initiatives - Preparation and distribution of learning resources to the global audience - Management of 3rd parties through to set up, scheduling & invoicing - Reporting & Compliance: - Produce and present learning reports based on key metrics - Ensure data accuracy against key learning metrics - Monitor key departmental KPIs and ensure areas of concern are raised in a timely manner Qualifications - 2-3 years experience in a heavy administrative role working with internal customers - Outstanding communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills at all levels - Strong technical acumen with operational systems, preferably direct experience managing a Learning Management System (Docebo preferred) - Excellent data analysis, documentation, process improvement and reporting capabilities Requirements - Experience working with 3rd party training vendors & instructors - Experience working across a number of European countries (other languages would be great but not essential) - Learning technology certification or relevant technical qualifications - Knowledge of EHS compliance requirements - Advanced Excel and data visualisation skills - Experience in global, matrix organisations Benefits - Time to Recharge: Enjoy a generous 25 days of holiday plus all Bank Holidays.
