Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project coordination, customer success, product operations, technical support, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience working directly with customers, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer-facing interactions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and turn insights into practical recommendations
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong sense of ownership
- Genuine interest in AI, SaaS products, and emerging technologies
- Professional fluency in English
