Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Louisiana Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Summary This Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) role focuses on delivering structured teletherapy to adults and/or families throughout Louisiana. You’ll support clients through clinical sessions, track outcomes against treatment goals, and connect people to higher levels of care when needed all from a remote setting. Responsibilities - Conduct telehealth therapy sessions and ongoing clinical check-ins - Evaluate client needs, establish treatment goals, and monitor progress over time - Document sessions, treatment plans, and updates in the EHR - Coordinate referrals and community resources when clinically appropriate - Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance standards - Communicate clearly with internal teams as needed for continuity of care

Job Requirements

  • Active LPC  license in Louisiana (in good standing)
  • Master’s degree in Counseling
  • 1+ year of post-licensure clinical experience (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of evidence-based therapy methods and documentation standards
  • Ability to maintain a reliable, private remote workspace
