• Lead podcast production from guest identification and outreach through to scheduling, coordination, and post-recording follow-ups • Develop and implement a YouTube-first video strategy focused on discoverability, watch time, and channel growth • Oversee post-production workflows, ensuring consistent quality and on-schedule delivery in collaboration with editors and design resources • Manage a full-cycle content repurposing strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, including both organic and paid distribution • Own the creation of visual and promotional assets, ensuring brand alignment and platform relevance • Write and distribute newsletters that support ongoing subscriber engagement and product education • Maintain and optimize blog and video content on WordPress for SEO performance and long-tail engagement • Monitor performance metrics (retention, CTR, subscriber growth) and adjust content strategy accordingly • Actively engage with podcast and video audiences across channels to foster interaction and community • Use HubSpot to manage workflows, automate outreach, and report on content performance and audience behavior • Create onboarding videos, tutorials, and customer-facing educational assets to support broader marketing goals
Job Requirements

Role Description Be the end-to-end CG SME in charge of creating eye-catching ads for a global retailer. RUN Studios and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an experienced CG Producer for a 6-month project. While this is a remote position, RUN Studios can only consider candidates currently residing in the following states at this time: CA, CO, FL, ID, MI, NJ, NY, OR, TX, WA. The CG Producer will lead the production of visually compelling, story-driven content across a variety of creative outputs. This role will oversee the planning, production, and delivery of CGI and motion design projects spanning product marketing, retail, packaging, and digital channels. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and collaborator who can engage stakeholders at all levels, manage vendor partnerships, and work seamlessly with creative teams to bring integrated campaigns to life. - Serve as the primary producer and point of contact for CGI and animation projects across multiple media channels, including web, broadcast, social, and digital. - Bid, hire, and manage external CGI vendors and post-production partners while also producing projects directly with internal CG and 2D motion artists. - Partner closely with creative leads, art direction, copy, and project management teams to clarify requirements, define deliverables, and ensure project alignment. - Lead collaboration between internal artist teams and vendor retainers to streamline workflows, manage project files, and drive post-production efficiencies. - Oversee the full production lifecycle, from planning through final delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and creative integrity. - Manage budgets and track project costs in collaboration with project leads. - Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance creative, technical, and business priorities. - Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks. - Leverage technical understanding of Cinema 4D, After Effects, and related pipelines to inform production decisions and ensure effective collaboration between design and post-production teams. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience as a producer in CGI, motion design, video, post-production, or integrated advertising. - 4+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional creative projects from concept to delivery. - Demonstrated experience managing CGI and motion design production workflows and vendor relationships. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative and technical teams. - A portfolio showcasing a range of production work and problem-solving capabilities.
