Associate Client Success Manager

Role Description We are looking for a highly driven Associate Client Success Manager passionate about changing healthcare for the better. On the Client Success team you will serve as a trusted advisor to the largest and most noteworthy institutions in healthcare, helping them achieve maximum value from the Butterfly platform. - Ensure an optimal onboarding experience and enable early product adoption for new enterprise customers through training needs assessment, plan development, and execution. - Act as a conduit for recommending and providing access to useful assets, resources and specific human expertise (ex. clinical and technical). - Illustrate business value by defining clear metrics and proof points for all customer engagements and creating case studies for successful engagements. - Help customers prepare and manage changes to the products and services they’ve purchased. - Be the ‘voice of the customer’ and provide internal feedback to maximize customer value and retention. - Monitor customer health, feedback, and answer incoming questions or requests regarding the content and functionality of Butterfly products; probing to understand underlying business needs and desired outcomes. - Identify, plan, and execute against expansion opportunities in partnership with sales. - Deliver tactical professional services to improve workflows and demonstrate the value of the Butterfly solution suite often aggregating and analyzing large amounts of data. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred. - 1+ years experience in either a sales, consulting, account management or customer success role. Experience in healthcare services preferred. - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers and navigate complex customer environments. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organized, and able to multitask. - Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven with high EQ. - Ability to self-direct and formulate creative approaches to problem-solving. - Ability to aggregate, analyze, and report against large amounts of data. - Passion for healthcare or technology and Butterfly Network's mission. - Willing and able to travel. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across multistate income/franchise tax, sales and use tax, and tax credits and incentives, along with hands‑on experience guiding clients through complex SALT challenges.
