Director, People Operations

• Lead the end-to-end execution of our HR Operations strategy, aligning systems, processes, and programs with company growth, scalability, and business priorities. • Lead HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, policies, employee support, and operational excellence. • Serve as a systems thinker across the People organization, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale processes while reducing friction for employees, managers, and the People team. • Own and optimize the HRIS ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, scalable architecture, seamless integrations, and a strong foundation for future growth. • Drive the evolution of People Operations through AI and automation, identifying emerging technologies and practical applications that improve efficiency, insights, service delivery, and the employee experience. • Design and continuously improve scalable People processes and workflows that create consistency, operational rigor, and a high-quality employee experience across all touchpoints. • Drive people analytics and reporting, translating data into actionable insights across engagement, retention, organizational health, and workforce planning. • Establish strong operational governance, including compliance, audits, documentation standards, controls, and risk management practices. • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, Payroll, and business leaders to improve operational effectiveness and enable company scale. • Build and develop a high-impact operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across HR Operations or People Operations, with increasing scope and leadership responsibility
  • Proven experience owning HRIS systems, people analytics, and operational infrastructure at scale
  • Strong track record of driving innovation and building scalable HR processes in high-growth, fast-paced and distributed environments
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • High level of data fluency, with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Expertise in compliance, policies, and operational best practices across the employee lifecycle
  • Strong operator mindset with the ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution
