• Provide front-line technical support: Actively monitor and respond to client support tickets, triage bugs, clarify UI/UX requirements, and maintain strong, empathetic live communication skills. • Support diverse, high-volume projects: Work across a large portfolio of concurrent client projects. You will frequently switch contexts throughout the day to resolve varying support requests, implement quick fixes, and push feature updates without sacrificing quality. • Develop and maintain enterprise front-ends: Update, and maintain complex WordPress themes and custom Gutenberg blocks using React.js, modern CSS, and JavaScript. • Enhance UI/UX and legacy interfaces: Debug cross-browser issues, improve responsive design and accessibility on legacy systems, and ensure seamless visual integration across multiple client sites. • Support & shape our product offerings: Help maintain and enhance the user interfaces and front-end integration of our public product offerings like ElasticPress.io and SiteWatch.

• Own and evolve frontend systems that span multiple product areas, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability • Partner with engineering leadership, product, and design to shape frontend technical strategy and long-term direction • Lead high-impact initiatives such as architectural evolution, performance improvements, or major UX foundations • Establish and uphold frontend standards around component design, state management, accessibility, and testing • Act as a force multiplier for the team: guiding technical decisions, reviewing designs, and mentoring engineers • Help define how frontend engineering is practiced as the company grows

• Lead the development and evolution of critical frontend features for an Artificial Intelligence platform using React or Angular; • Architect and implement end-to-end project setup and configuration flows via the user interface; • Design and develop the platform's informational layer, including observability dashboards, model status panels, and complex data visualizations; • Implement model deployment flows through the UI with deep integration to backend APIs; • Develop production monitoring screens and components with real-time updates; • Define componentization, performance, and accessibility standards for the platform frontend; • Lead frontend technical reviews and ensure architectural consistency between the UI, design system, and APIs.

• Design of sophisticated user interfaces for use by business stakeholders to manage a machine learning based marketing system • Implement design as a web application using React • Integrate with APis provided by the backend development team • Contribute to solution design workshops to advise on implementation approaches • Partner with client stakeholders, and team members, to gather business requirements, collaborate on design decisions, and translate them into technical and design requirements. • Operate within an iterative delivery team using Agile delivery tools and practices.
