• Manage and grow your customer base within the sales territory through individual consultation and targeted agreements • Ensure optimal shelf placement, create eye-catching promotions and present the brand professionally in-store • Train store staff and represent the company at trade shows and events • Plan routes and report via iPad & online tools – digital, efficient and transparent • Analyze competitors and market trends – you spot opportunities before others do
Job Requirements
- Experience in field sales, sales or retail
- Strong communication skills, persuasive and service-oriented
- Independent, well organized and goal-driven
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Driving license class B and confident use of iPhone & iPad
- You live in one of our sales areas or are open to relocating to the region
