• Provide individual and group therapy to individuals who are trying to conceive or in the perinatal period using evidence-based approaches • Maintain a clinical caseload between 25-35 clients depending on program needs and administrative time • Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care • Develop and deliver internal education for clinicians • Help evaluate program effectiveness and support continuous improvement efforts

• Develops and systematizes current practice with standardized outcome measurements in therapy for core clinical pathways • Collaborates with Shriners Children’s Medical Group for guidelines and protocol development for seamless patient care transitions through multiple venues of care • Leads rehabilitation and therapy services departments in outcome usage specific to patient diagnoses • Evaluates, implements, standardizes, and monitors outcomes for specialized growth programs within rehabilitation and therapy departments • Develops location staff by way of facilitating and developing meaningful programs (clinical advancement, professional development, skill acquisition, etc.) • Develop and coach location leaders in contributing to departmental and programmatic growth to meet organizational objectives

• Serve as a Team Lead for 7-10 Psychotherapists • Provide virtual-first psychosocial assessments and psychotherapy to individuals with serious mental illness • Facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care • Provide audio-only follow-up sessions in the event of technical issues • Document treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms • Lead/facilitate support groups and group therapy • Identify social determinants of health needs that team members will work to resolve • Assist Clinical Operations team in addressing and reducing administrative errors

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans. • Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms. • Support Members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with flexibility to work with members with substance use disorders at times. • Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system. • Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. • Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations. • Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations.
