Senior Manager, Content Marketing

• Build and manage the company’s content strategy aligned to pipeline goals and product marketing objectives. • Develop content themes around eCommerce growth, retention, advertising, customer acquisition, analytics, attribution, AI, and operational efficiency • Oversee cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure execution across relevant content marketing efforts. • Maintain Lunar brand consistency and quality control across all digital experiences and marketing channels. • Track content, website, and social media performance across traffic, engagement, conversion, and pipeline influence to provide comprehensive reports to leadership. • Own editorial calendars across case studies, newsletters, webinars, social media, etc. • Maintain website content including landing pages, blog posts, and case studies. • Collaborate with leadership and internal subject matter experts to build authentic executive and brand presence across LinkedIn and X. • Oversee lead and merchant lifecycle marketing via newsletter and automation strategy. • Drive the cross-functional development of lead magnets that might include benchmark reports, strategy guides, calculators, and webinar content. • Interview customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to create compelling case studies and success stories. • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Lunar’s service and technology solutions, and turn technical insights into engaging content across the marketing mix. • Work closely with product (SuperOrbital and DTR Labs) and sales teams to translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions. • Support product launches with messaging, positioning, launch content, and sales collateral. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate VoC documentation of all customer personas to develop tailored content based on industry and use cases.
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, social media, at a B2B SaaS or agency targeting CPG brands.
- Strong understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem including Shopify, retention marketing, paid media, attribution, etc.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPMs, and attribution.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Experience supporting social media channels and company websites.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

Role Description We are seeking a highly structured, collaborative, and educationally minded Content Programming Specialist to support the core content quality and curation initiatives. This role is focused on driving content excellence across major platform for Youth content. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between digital content curation and pedagogical excellence. While this position encompasses standard technical content programming tasks, it leans heavily into curating, evaluating, and structuring content designed specifically for middle school educators and students (grades 6–8). We are looking for an expert with a background in teaching or middle school curriculum development who can instinctively recognize high-quality educational material, manage databases systematically, and maintain impeccable cross-functional alignment.
