Product Owner, ERP, Odoo – Finance
AlphaPet Ventures GmbH
• Drive the functional development of our ERP system Odoo with a focus on Finance processes • Own the backlog, translate business requirements into actionable work packages, define acceptance criteria, and ensure clear documentation • Prioritize features, tasks, and bugs and continuously improve the issue board with a clear structure • Drive roadmap topics end-to-end from conception through implementation • Keep scope, timeline, and budget in check and ensure transparent communication on status, risks, and decisions
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo
- Senior-level expertise in Accounting & Finance within an ERP context (e.g. closing, reporting, controls, compliance)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional approaches (e.g. waterfall, classic project management)
- A business background or a degree in STEM / Business (or equivalent qualification)
- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory); French is a plus; German is an advantage.
