Job Requirements

- Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset
- Experience working in a SaaS, technology, or startup environment
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives proactively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Genuine interest in modern technologies, particularly AI and automation
- Professional fluency in English
- Nice to have: Experience working with distributed or international teams
