• Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to define hiring needs, recruitment strategies, and interview processes. • Lead end-to-end recruitment across product and engineering functions primarily, from kick-off through to offer and onboarding. • Deliver proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent across competitive markets. • Manage candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience. • Use market insights and hiring data to advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies. • Drive structured and efficient hiring processes that improve quality, speed, and consistency. • Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, assessment quality, and inclusive hiring. • Contribute to employer brand initiatives and talent attraction campaigns where required. • Identify opportunities to improve TA processes, tooling, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Significant in-house recruitment experience, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or scaling technology businesses.
  • Proven experience hiring across technical functions and seniority levels, ideally within scaling technology businesses.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of structured interviewing and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to influence hiring decisions.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving environments.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment systems effectively.
  • Experience improving hiring operations or recruitment processes.
  • Experience supporting international hiring and distributed teams.
