Job Requirements
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education
- Experience with administrative routines and internal customer service
- Knowledge and experience with the SAA system
- Experience with internal commercial activities and operational support
- Experience in curriculum analysis and on-site unit service
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Services Officer 2 (ASO2) to join our Business & Finance Unit within the Mission Partners Division. This position reports to the Deputy Assistant Director and supports the standardization of Anaplan user maintenance and administration. - Streamline financial reporting processes by assisting in automating data validation and requirements gathering for key initiatives like agency spending plans and state-level report requests. - Provides support and ad-hoc analysis to ensure data integrity across all state and federal funding sources. - Collaborate with Business Analysts to prioritize software enhancements that drive more informed, data-driven financial decisions for the department. This position is available for remote work on a full-time basis within Arizona (including virtual office arrangements).
