Implementation Specialist II
GreenSlate
• Complete complex/studio software project setups and modifications as required by the client • Answer incoming support calls and emails • Utilize Asana checklists and follow protocols for each project setup • Transfer/escalate issues to other team members as required • Utilize Intercom ticketing system to manage client requests • Submit software development requests and bugs to development on behalf of users • Training and providing ongoing support to other Implementation Specialists to assist with setups • Assist with planning and coordinating user communications as necessary • Assisting Technical Account Management with clients to ensure their setups are enabled correctly • Assist the Digital Project Manager with clients to maintain the company’s projects, such as audits and checklists
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Customer Service: 3+ years
- Software implementation/Project Onboarding: 1+ years
- The ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure
- The ability to hold oneself accountable for completing their own tasks correctly
- Self-monitoring, self-aware and self-correcting
- A desire to find the solution, not just finish the task
- Enthusiastic attitude about providing superior customer service
- Excitement to learn the ins and outs of GreenSlate software platforms
- Experience supporting accounting or other business operations software
- Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus!
- Excellent listening and communications skills
- Extremely focused and detail oriented.
