Demand Generation Marketing Specialist – Manager

• Build and execute multichannel marketing campaigns using Marketo, Salesforce, and AI-powered tools, including emails, nurture programs, landing pages, and campaign workflows. • Manage audience segmentation, data uploads, and database hygiene to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness. • Support the promotion and execution of digital and in-person events through coordinated multichannel marketing activities. • Plan and coordinate both Everbridge-hosted and third-party events attended by our Sales teams across EMEA. • Monitor and analyze campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and pipeline contribution. • Troubleshoot campaign, workflow, and data-related issues to ensure smooth execution and reporting. • Continuously develop your knowledge of MarTech, Salesforce, Marketo, and AI tools to help modernize and optimize demand generation programs. • Collaborate closely with international marketing teams, sales stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution.
  • Desirable: Hands-on experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce, including an understanding of campaign and data workflows.
  • Exposure to AI, MarTech, analytics, or reporting tools, alongside a curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
  • A proactive mindset with an interest in growing into more advanced demand generation or marketing operations roles.
  • Experience working within remote or international teams is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, STEM, or a related field preferred.
