Role Description The Procurement Manager, technology and services leads the sourcing of goods and services on behalf of the organization within defined categories, policies, and approval thresholds. The role is responsible for developing and executing category strategies, driving measurable commercial value, managing supplier risk, and partnering closely with IT, Security, Finance, and Legal to support business objectives. This position requires strong commercial judgment, experience negotiating technology and services agreements, and the ability to operate independently while escalating material risk, financial, or contractual matters as appropriate. Job Responsibilities - Execute end‑to‑end sourcing activities (RFQs, RFPs, renewals) for assigned spend categories in line with procurement policy and category strategies. - Support supplier evaluation, commercial analysis, and negotiations within delegated authority. - Prepare sourcing recommendations supported by data, rationale, and documented approvals. - Act as the primary procurement contact for designated business stakeholders, providing guidance on process and governance. - Support supplier performance management, including issue resolution and service reviews. - Identify and flag supplier, financial, or operational risks with recommended mitigation actions. - Ensure purchase orders, requisitions, and contracts are processed accurately and compliantly. - Track and report savings, benefits, and sourcing outcomes in line with procurement standards. - Maintain audit‑ready documentation and proactively surface policy exceptions or control gaps. - Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and business partners to meet organizational needs. Qualifications - Demonstrated experience sourcing and negotiating SaaS, and professional services agreements. - Strong understanding of software licensing models (subscription, usage‑based, multi‑year, enterprise agreements). - Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in Technology, Finance, Legal, and Security. - Solid commercial and analytical skills with the ability to structure recommendations. - Clear, professional written and verbal communication. - Ability to manage multiple sourcing activities with accuracy and discipline. - Strong attention to detail and respect for governance and controls. - Proficiency with contract lifecycle management and procurement tools; advanced Excel skills preferred. - Working knowledge of sourcing processes, contracts, and supplier management fundamentals. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. - 3–6 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related commercial role. - Exposure to supplier negotiations, sourcing events, and contract management. - Experience supporting high-growth or transformation environments. - Professional certification (CPSM, CIPS, CPP) is a plus. Role Description Imagine360 is currently seeking a Prescription (RX) Vendor Coordinator to join our team. The Prescription (RX) Drug Benefit Coordinator is the subject-matter-expert regarding pharmacy-related questions and concerns for the i360 organization and our vendor partners.
