Role Description The successful candidate will be aligned with our Finance Operations – Global Accounts Receivable team and will be responsible for accounts receivable, customer queries, and dispute resolution. You will be responsible for Cash Applications, requiring extensive knowledge and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA’s. Solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with customers is required. You should have an expert (SME) level understanding of the O2C process, specifically the cash application process involving: - Research and application of unapplied cash - Reconciliation of accounts - Processing emails related to remittance advice from customers As part of our commitment to your development, you will also gain exposure in cross-functional and process improvement projects. Your core responsibilities will include: - Ensure timely closure of payments with a high degree of accuracy - Respond to customer queries through call and/or email - Research unapplied payments and work with customers (email/call) to identify the root cause and resolve open issues on accounts - Provide growth ideas for process standardization and automation through JDI/Kaizen projects - Perform complex reconciliations on customer payments Qualifications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus - Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision - Drive for continuous learning and self-development - Flexibility to change as per the changing requirements of the business - Minimum 2 years experience in O2C domain, preferably cash application or collections - Advanced knowledge of Excel – including working with pivot & formulas - Flexible to work in night shifts Requirements - Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B.
