Inside Sales Representative
Smart Care
• Build relationships with key decision‑makers through integrated outreach (phone, email, and digital channels). • Qualify inbound and outbound leads within assigned target segments, lists, or accounts. • Develop a deep understanding of target markets, buyer personas, and customer pain points. • Conduct proactive lead generation activities to maximize market exposure and identify new opportunities. • Assess prospect needs, budget, timeline, and business challenges to ensure a smooth hand‑off to field sales. • Communicate Smart Care’s value proposition and effectively address objections. • Prepare and deliver detailed hand‑off materials to field sales representatives. • Meet or exceed SQL generation goals, measured by appointments set and opportunities won. • Track all outreach activity, notes, and qualification details in CRM and related tools. • Learn and utilize the sales and marketing technology stack to support outreach, nurturing, and retention. • Support customer retention and same‑customer sales initiatives when needed. • Provide feedback to improve scripts, templates, and outreach processes. • Participate in developing new strategies for customer acquisition, nurturing, and retention.
Job Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Familiarity with marketing, sales cycles, and lead management processes is a plus.
- Experience BA/BS preferred, or 1–2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, lead development, or cold calling.
- Self‑starter with the ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.
- Experience collaborating across teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Operates with integrity, accountability, and consistent follow‑through.
- B2B sales experience preferred.
- Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and sales pipeline stages is a plus.
