Role Description We’re hiring a Senior Rails Full-Stack Developer to join our Growth team — a fast-moving engineering group focused on experimentation, user experience, and business impact. This isn’t a traditional feature factory role. Growth engineers at Hubstaff are deeply involved in ideation, experimentation, analytics, and outcomes — not just implementation. We’re looking for engineers who are driven by outcomes over output and who thrive in environments where speed, learning, and ownership matter. Success in this role means thinking beyond tickets and contributing to the full lifecycle of experiments: ideation, implementation, measurement, iteration, and learnings. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to launch experiments quickly, learn fast, and improve conversion, activation, retention, and customer experience across the platform. • We're hiring a Staff Data Engineer to design and build the operational data systems that power Keycard — the pipelines, storage layers, and APIs that drive near real-time enforcement, feedback loops, and customer insights. • The systems you build will serve both the transactional needs of our core identity services and the OLAP requirements that help organizations understand and improve their security posture. You'll also help shape how we use agents internally — contributing to how Keycard becomes an agent-native engineering organization, not just a company that builds for one.

• We're hiring a Staff Identity Engineer to design and build the core identity, authentication, authorization, and data systems at the heart of Keycard. • The systems you build need to be dynamic, multi-tenant, and fast — delivering auth decisions in under 10ms across cloud, edge, and hybrid deployments. • Your work will span from core distributed services to the SDKs and APIs that developers use, ensuring a seamless, trusted experience end to end. • You'll work directly with founders, product, design, and the engineers building our SDKs and platform services. You'll also help shape how we use agents internally — contributing to how Keycard becomes an agent-native engineering organization.
