• We're hiring a Staff Data Engineer to design and build the operational data systems that power Keycard — the pipelines, storage layers, and APIs that drive near real-time enforcement, feedback loops, and customer insights. • The systems you build will serve both the transactional needs of our core identity services and the OLAP requirements that help organizations understand and improve their security posture. You'll balance streaming and batch paradigms — knowing when low-latency streaming is essential and when batch provides clarity and power. • Your work will span from integrating external data sources to enabling policy evaluation to surfacing insights in dashboards and APIs. • You'll work directly with founders, product, and the engineers building our core services and SDKs. • We're hiring a Staff Platform Engineer to build the core systems and infrastructure that power Keycard — from identity services and enforcement paths to the developer platforms and automation that let every engineer ship with confidence. • You'll work directly with founders, product, design, and the engineers building our SDKs and core services. You'll also help shape how we use agents internally — contributing to how Keycard becomes an agent-native engineering organization, not just a company that builds for one.

• We're hiring a Staff Identity Engineer to design and build the core identity, authentication, authorization, and data systems at the heart of Keycard. • The systems you build need to be dynamic, multi-tenant, and fast — delivering auth decisions in under 10ms across cloud, edge, and hybrid deployments. • Your work will span from core distributed services to the SDKs and APIs that developers use, ensuring a seamless, trusted experience end to end. • You'll work directly with founders, product, design, and the engineers building our SDKs and platform services. You'll also help shape how we use agents internally — contributing to how Keycard becomes an agent-native engineering organization.

• We're hiring an engineer to join the team that builds and owns the Keycard Agent SDK — the libraries that bring trust, governance, and telemetry to AI agents in production. • Keycard is a control plane for agents: policy enforcement, identity propagation, audit logging, and runtime governance. The SDK is how developers use it. • You'll build the SDK libraries, maintain compatibility with upstream frameworks, contribute to open protocol work (MCP, A2A), and advocate for what agent developers actually need. • You'll work directly with founders, product, and the systems engineers building the underlying services.

• Own customer outcomes end to end: Run discovery, define success criteria, design the solution, build proofs of value, and ship production deployments. We’re building playbooks and best practices in a world where playbooks and best practices don’t exist.. yet. • Help customers become agent-native: Work with customers to build and adopt agents to transform the way they work to be agent-first. Design and implement production-ready solutions that showcase how dynamic, ephemeral access controls enable safe agent-to-production workflows and unlock new possibilities for autonomous workflows. • Build repeatable processes that scale: Develop sales artifacts, agent integration templates, implementation guides, and processes to scale our customer success organization. Create the foundation that enables future teams to help customers become agent-native at scale. • Contribute to the learning machine: Shape the direction of our product and company by identifying and prioritizing customer insights, implementation challenges, and scaling needs that directly influence the roadmap. • Build the ecosystem: Work with Product to build relationships and integrations with technical partners. Ship reference implementations and develop joint demos that make Keycard easy to adopt through partners.
