Key Account Specialist/Manager

• Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction. • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner. • Analyze client needs and develop customized solutions to enhance their logistics experience. • Monitor and track key account parcel deliveries, proactively resolving any service issues. • Conduct regular performance reviews with key accounts and provide data-driven insights. • Prepare and present tailored quotations by applying pricing policies and market intelligence. • Develop and maintain customer SOPs to ensure consistency in service delivery. • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service performance and improve customer experience. • Track and manage account billing, ensuring invoices are processed and payments are collected on time. • Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts to drive additional revenue. • Assist in the claims process and ensure timely resolutions for key account clients. • Take on additional tasks as needed to support business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, business development, or sales within the logistics industry (preferably small parcel last-mile delivery).
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships while achieving business growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

This position is a key member of the project leadership team and drives coordination across engineering, controls, commissioning, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders.
