• Project at an operator involving the provision of support services and the evolution of private network solutions, with work on processes and integrations. • Work on Provisioning Flows in the Mobile Network (Aggregation Network, Nominal Plan, RF, UPF, APN, SmartPlan) • Interact with Mobile teams and act as a knowledge disseminator both within and outside the team • Lead forums to understand needs and design end-to-end solutions • Elicit requirements for new demands in the Private Networks Product Family, mapping flows and impacted systems • Create use cases and perform system testing (UAT) • Work collaboratively with other teams to build shared understanding and drive delivery of products/services
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Private Networks products and processes. Assist in clarifying requirements and providing counterpoints to support decisions on flows that benefit the final product and minimize production errors.
- Ability to negotiate flows between areas, aligning systems and processes
- Strong communication, argumentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical ability and a process-oriented mindset
- Desirable: knowledge of service provisioning automation and integration with orchestration systems
- Desirable: familiarity with the network vendor and integrator ecosystem (Nokia, Ericsson, ZTE, Huawei, AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Knowledge of BPMN is required.
