Part-Time Accounts Payable Analyst

• Validate, code, process, and enter invoices to proper budgets in a timely manner • Compare vendor invoices for Inventory purchases to validate invoice payment • Process validated invoices for payment through various methods • Work with Supply Chain to correct discrepancies • Maintain documentation of all invoices submitted for payment • Process intercompany payments and handle vendor inquiries
Job Requirements
- High School diploma required
- 5+ years AP/AR experience
- Proficiency in Accounting Software packages
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word preferred
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials a plus
- Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills necessary
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment required
