• Provide strategic direction to enhance content quality, search visibility, and audience engagement across all categories. • Collaborate with local and regional SEO teams to generate performance analyses, implement keyword strategies, and drive continuous improvement. • Oversee the Vietnam editorial team, ensuring all content aligns with local relevance and broader regional strategies. • Contribute to and support projects such as content migration from legacy platforms and new site development initiatives. • Monitor market trends, competitive content, and industry developments to inform proactive editorial planning. • Identify, recruit, and manage Vietnamese-based content contributors, including writers, vloggers, bloggers, and link-building partners. • Ensure efficient internal editorial workflows and facilitate coordination between local teams, freelancers, and Greenpark’s regional and global teams. • Serve as the point of contact for content-related technical issues, including site performance, structure, and functionality. • Act as the tone of voice and editorial standards guardian for the Vietnam beauty hub and, when required, other regional initiatives. • Lead the production of a high volume of content assets per month, ensuring adherence to quality and SEO guidelines. • Maintain and regularly update the content calendar based on inputs from stakeholders, performance insights, and business priorities. • Produce 2–4 well-optimized articles per day based on SEO performance reports and editorial direction. • Edit 2–4 articles daily from in-house or freelance contributors, maintaining editorial integrity and consistency. • Participate in and support large-scale content migration and tagging projects for the ATB beauty platform. • Develop reactive content in line with real-time trends, seasonal moments, and topical relevance. • Select appropriate imagery to complement editorial content based on SEO and brand alignment. • Conduct editorial reviews of newly published content to ensure accuracy, optimization, and compliance with standards. • Participate in regular editorial planning meetings and ideation sessions to innovate content formats and outputs. • Support updates to product pages and other content modules on the site as needed. • Contribute to special content initiatives and market-specific campaigns as assigned.

• Supports the IRB Services department in the review of incoming submissions and preparation of informed consent forms (ICFs) • Conduct an accurate pre-review of new and revised consent forms in regulatory compliance with applicable FDA, HHS, Health Canada, TCPS2 regulations, ICH GCP guidance, and operational compliance with Advarra Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions • Editing new and revised consent forms to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with Advarra document standards • Applying negotiated Sponsor language to consent form documents as required by client agreements documented in mandatory language documents or MLD’s • Collaborating with Board members and staff to include all necessary edits to the consent form from the various stakeholders • Keeping up to date with U.S. and/or Canadian Regulations and Guidelines in Human Subject Protections, drug research, device research, and cosmetic research • Completing standard Human Subjects Research Training, such as CITI, on a repeating cycle determined by management • Completing organizational training as required by management • Attending one IRB meeting per month to enhance knowledge and understanding of IRB processes (two meetings per month during the initial training period)

• Edit a wide variety of video content, primarily launch films/commercials, as well as product videos, testimonials, mini-docs, and social cutdowns. • Translate creative direction and scripts into compelling cuts that hit the intended tone, pacing, and story • Partner closely with directors and creative leads from selects through picture lock, iterating quickly on feedback • Handle sound design and basic mix work, including music selection, SFX, and dialogue cleanup • Color grade footage to match the look and feel of each project. • Create simple motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and basic VFX as needed • Organize and maintain project files, media, and version control across multiple active projects • Manage your own timelines and flag risks early when scope, footage, or schedule shifts • Support delivery and asset prep for final handoff, including different cuts, aspect ratios, and platform specs • Stay current on editing trends, techniques, and tools that can elevate our work

• Review and edit existing college-level course structure and materials in your subject area. • Evaluate and adjust recommended updates to existing course structure. • Review course learning outcomes and competencies for accuracy and alignment. • Edit skill-oriented course sections and ensure proper organization. • Review and refine response assignment prompts and rubrics. • Evaluate existing multiple choice questions for quality and accuracy.
