• Develop and execute agile test plans aligned with SAFe practices, taking into account the incremental and iterative nature of development. • Write and maintain test automation code to ensure efficiency and reproducibility of testing processes. • Integrate test automation into Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines, enabling frequent, high-quality deliveries. • Assess the technical and functional quality of software products, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and principles. • Identify defects and propose opportunities to improve processes and agile practices. • Detect risks associated with delivered code and functionality, contributing to proactive risk mitigation. • Propose and implement continuous improvements to quality engineering practices in accordance with SAFe guidelines. • Facilitate the adoption of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to promote a shared understanding among development, testing, and business teams. • Work to improve code quality metrics in SonarQube, identifying improvement areas and collaborating with development teams to implement them. • Collaborate with agile teams to define acceptance criteria and integrate testing into the development cycle.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • Solid experience in software engineering, working as a Senior Quality Engineer or in a similar role.
  • ISTQB CTFL certification (International Software Testing Qualifications Board - Certified Tester Foundation Level) or equivalent.
  • Strong experience with software quality techniques and processes, including BDD, TDD, unit testing, and integration testing.

Role Description Rackner is hiring its first dedicated Proposal Manager to own and build our proposal function from the ground up. You will lead end-to-end proposal execution—ensuring submissions are compliant, well-structured, and competitive—while bringing the structure and discipline needed to scale how we pursue federal work. This is not a coordination role. You’ll run the process, contribute directly to writing, and work closely with executive and technical stakeholders to turn complex capabilities into clear, winning proposals.
