Channel Manager II – Resellers
AvidXchange, Inc.
• Lead, mentor, and develop, providing consistent coaching, performance management, and career development support. • Establish best practices for partner outreach and sales execution that your direct report(s) can model and scale. • Review pipeline and activity metrics for your direct report(s) to ensure alignment with broader reseller revenue targets. • Serve as the primary strategic contact for RealPage, ensuring they have the tools, training, and executive support needed to drive mutual sales success. • Lead partner onboarding, sales collateral deployment, and ongoing training programs to keep the reseller sales force current on AvidXchange value propositions. • Own the CRM (Salesforce) hygiene for the reseller channel; provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting on reseller-driven revenue to leadership. • Act as a high-level liaison between RealPage and internal Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve channel conflicts and streamline go-to-market strategies. • Lead regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and operational check-ins to monitor performance and identify growth levers.
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or account management, ideally within B2B software, payments, or fintech.
- Prior experience (formal or informal) in mentoring, coaching, or leading a sales professional. You must be passionate about seeing others succeed.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.
- Exceptional relationship-management skills with the ability to influence both external partners and internal executive stakeholders.
- Ability to assess reseller performance data and translate it into actionable coaching for your team or strategic pivots for the partner.
- Deep understanding of AP automation, the payments landscape, or financial application packages.
- Experience building or refining reseller channel programs, including incentive structures and enablement playbooks.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies to help 'clean up' existing channel workflows.
