Job Requirements
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Washington state
- Educational Staff Associate Certificate to provide services in a school setting
- Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus but not required

Role Description We are seeking independently NY licensed 1099 therapists to provide virtual therapy to college students. This is a fully remote position within the US. • Provide high-quality, evidence-based tele-therapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-17 years old, parents, and families • Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc. • Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans • Participate in an optional weekly case review and clinical team meeting
• Supervise crisis behavioral health therapists • Work with the medical director to uphold our standards of care, patient safety, behavioral health protocols, policies, and patient satisfaction. • Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop differential diagnosis • Build therapeutic alliance with patients • Create and implement co-created personalized treatment plans with our multidisciplinary team • Conduct short-term crisis psychotherapy sessions utilizing supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing and/or problem solving therapy • Manage a caseload of patients who you will follow for 8 to 12 weeks providing crisis psychotherapy • Conduct comprehensive risk assessment and safety planning • Utilize validated clinical tools to aid in differential diagnosis • Work across our multidisciplinary clinical team to facilitate comprehensive behavioral health crisis care • Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings • Maintain appropriate documentation of all patient-related care • Weekly clinical supervision • Work with our patients, their families, and their providers in the community to ensure comprehensive behavioral health care • Day time clinical call
