Senior Developer, Blue Prism

UltraCon Consultoria

• Design, develop, implement and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism in enterprise environments. • Perform multiple responsibilities, including Developer, Technical Lead and Solution Architect activities. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable automation solutions. • Participate in technical discussions, architecture definitions and automation strategy initiatives. • Work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather, validate and refine business and technical requirements. • Support process assessments, feasibility analysis and identification of automation opportunities. • Develop reusable automation components, frameworks and best practices. • Integrate RPA solutions with external systems, APIs, OCR platforms and enterprise applications. • Troubleshoot, debug, optimize and perform root cause analysis for automation processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile, project-driven environments. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation governance practices. • Share technical knowledge, ideas and best practices openly with the team. • Ensure code quality, documentation standards and compliance with security and regulatory guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing with Blue Prism.
  • Blue Prism certification is mandatory.
  • Strong background in software development and programming logic.
  • Proven experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, especially Blue Prism.
  • Experience working with OCR technologies and document automation solutions.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
  • Experience communicating directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English communication is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge within technical teams.
  • Experience participating in process automation or systems integration projects.
