Role Description We’re looking for a hungry operator who wants to build global operations from scratch - not manage a finished system. This is a hands-on, travel-heavy role where you’ll go into new markets, set things up end-to-end (entity, banking, accounting, warehouse, logistics, ERP), and make it work on the ground. If you like figuring things out in messy, real-world environments, you’ll thrive. Open to candidates globally — India, USA, Brazil, France, Turkey, UAE and beyond welcome to apply. Tasks - Build New Markets (Ground Zero) - Travel to new countries (USA, Brazil, Turkey, France) and support Management and local teams to set up operations from scratch. - Work with local consultants (legal, tax, audit) and make things move fast. - Own Finance & Compliance (Practical, Not Theoretical) - Set up basic accounting + reporting systems in each country. - Ensure filings, taxes, and compliance don’t break. - Coordinate with external accountants - you don’t need to be a CA, but you should understand the system. - Foresee potential problems and set up processes and workflows that mitigate financial and compliance risk. - Set Up Systems (ERP + Visibility) - Help implement and run ERP systems that are agile and scalable. - Make sure inventory, orders, and financials are visible across markets. - Build simple dashboards: clarity over perfection. - Build Supply Chain on the Ground - Identify and onboard warehouses, 3PL partners and customs brokers. - Set up import/export flows and documentation and partnerships. - Solve real problems: delays, customs issues, broken shipments, etc. - Make Things Work (Day-to-Day Ops) - Create simple SOPs where needed - but don’t overcomplicate. - Jump into issues across sales, procurement, regulatory, logistics, and finance; this will be a cross-functional role and requires co-ordination with several global team members. - Be the person who unblocks things fast, is able to adapt to on-ground realities and identify items for escalation. - You will work with on-ground teams in various geographies and will need communication skills and empathy to work through problems jointly. Qualifications - Undergraduate degree from a Top-tier college in the US / Europe / India (Globally). - 2-3 years’ experience in operations / consulting / finance / supply chain. - Someone who wants to build and solve, not just manage. - Comfortable with ambiguity, chaos and figuring things out independently. - Willing to travel frequently (50%), often at short notice and roll up your sleeves at local sites. - Strong problem-solving + bias for action. - Interested in working across cultures. - High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate different cultures, working styles, and business environments with empathy and respect. - Strong organizational, communication and people skills. Requirements - Big Plus If You - Have worked in a startup or a high-growth international environment. - Understand basics of accounting, logistics, or ERP systems. - Multilingual - Any additional languages area huge bonus - French, Spanish, Turkish, Portuguese. Benefits - You’ll see multiple countries up close, not from a desk. - You’ll build real infrastructure - entities, warehouses, systems. - High ownership early. - Steep learning curve across finance + ops + global business.
