Role Description We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage virtual front-desk functions for our organisation. This fully remote role involves handling communications, coordinating schedules, and ensuring every caller and visitor receives a positive first impression. Key Responsibilities - Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner - Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and calls for the team - Manage shared inboxes and route correspondence to the correct departments - Greet virtual visitors via video call platforms and assist with their needs - Maintain accurate contact lists, calendars, and administrative records - Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry as required - Ensure all communications reflect the professionalism of the brand Qualifications - 1+ year of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role (virtual or on-site) - Friendly, professional telephone manner and strong communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace - Organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection - Presentable and professional for video calls when required - Experience with scheduling tools such as Calendly or Google Calendar - Matric certificate required Requirements - Salary: R13,000/month - 100% Remote
