The team is responsible for owning the company's budget, driving annual and quarterly planning processes, allocating and deploying the company's resources efficiently, performing financial analyses, and partnering with teams across the company. This role requires someone who can own and evolve the finance systems backbone at Figma and drive outsized impact as we scale toward more automated, intelligent, and AI-enabled planning. We're looking for someone who is highly analytical and strategic, a great communicator, approaches problems in a structured manner, and is comfortable with ambiguity. You'll get substantial visibility, focus on the highest-priority business issues, and be plugged into every facet of the business. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs (SF / NY) or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at Figma: - Drive the execution of transformational projects by applying finance and systems expertise, collaborating with partners across the organization, and defining business processes that improve automation, standardization, and simplicity. - Influence Figma Finance's AI adoption strategy, defining how AI can be embedded into systems and workflows as infrastructure to drive analysis, reporting, and forecast decisions and execute on adoption alongside the team. - Serve as the functional and technical owner of the financial planning platform (Pigment), leading development, enhancement, training, enablement, maintenance, and administration. - Own the systems roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, resource deployment, UAT, and governance. - Design and evolve a best-in-class systems architecture, optimizing data flows, integrations, and tooling with influence extending beyond Pigment and Finance data to the broader company data ecosystem. - Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with Strategic Finance Data Science, Data Engineering, Accounting, and Operations to influence data architecture, design integrations and optimize business processes & sophisticated forecasting in Pigment and Agentic tooling. - Develop dashboards and data visualizations to surface key KPIs and business insights. - Drive best practices across systems controls, data governance, and change management frameworks. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, roadmap execution or a related function. - Strong technical skills with system design & implementation, AI automation, data architecture, integrations. - Working knowledge of financial processes including O2C, P2P, FP&A, Accounting Ops, and close cycles. - Strong project management instincts, with ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously. - Clear, structured communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements - Proficiency with SQL (not required but an added plus). - Data science background (not required but an added plus). - Experience managing consultants or external resources (not required but an added plus). • Deploy AI and agentic solutions into enterprise production environments • Build enterprise-grade workflows, integrations, and custom AI applications • Operationalize Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio use cases • Implement secure AI data access patterns and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures • Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate workflows into AI-enabled solutions • Lead rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept efforts • Troubleshoot deployment and adoption issues in real time • Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and architecture reviews • Develop APIs, orchestration workflows, and integrations across platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dataverse, and Graph API • Support AI governance and security initiatives by helping establish guardrails, runtime protections, observability, telemetry, and risk mitigation practices • Contribute reusable deployment accelerators, solution kits, and feedback that help shape Cyclotron’s AI deployment methodologies and go-to-market offerings

• Partner with the CTO and leadership team to define Personified's AI strategy: where we invest, what we offer clients, and how we build internal capability over time • Identify, evaluate, and pilot AI tools and platforms that improve how Personified delivers service — across ticketing, triage, documentation, client communication, and operations • Build and own the internal AI infrastructure that supports Personified's team: tooling, workflows, integrations, and governance around how AI is used day-to-day • Develop and lead Personified's external AI offerings — working with the sales and partnerships teams to shape what we bring to clients and how we position it • Stay current on the AI and MSP landscape; bring informed, opinionated recommendations on where the market is going and where Personified should be ahead of it • Establish standards and guardrails for responsible AI use internally and in client-facing contexts based on industry standard frameworks • Design, develop, and deliver internal training programs on AI tools, platforms, and workflows as the offerings and landscape evolve • Build and lead external, client-facing AI training programs — helping clients understand, adopt, and get value from AI in their own organizations • Create training content and curricula that scale: recorded sessions, written guides, structured onboarding, and repeatable delivery formats • Write documentation that a successor or new team member could pick up and use without your help • Partner with Client Support, IT Operations, and Engineering leads to ensure training reflects how the team actually works and what clients actually need • Track training outcomes and iterate — measure what's landing and adjust accordingly • Serve as Personified's internal subject matter expert on AI adoption, helping staff build confidence and capability over time
