Client Services Analyst
ALTUS Receivables Management
• Liaison between the customer and Paragon Asset Recovery • Point of contact for customer inquiries and requests • Generate management reports • Address requests from internal departments • Perform work on customer engagements to ensure their successful completion: Deliver on what has been promised to the customer • Meet customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction • Perform periodic analysis of the customers or engagements to: Identify issues, solve problems, and recommend solutions • Identify opportunities for efficiencies or enhancements • Perform special projects as assigned by account leaders or others within the organization • Maintain flexibility with job assignment with ability to assist in other departments as needed • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Professional training or Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college in a business field
- Experience with customer service or project management related experience
- Self-motivated team player who can produce results independently
- Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve problems and think creatively
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to successfully multi-task across many accounts
- Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of products
- Knowledge/use of SQL, PowerBI, Prezi encouraged, but not required.
