Field Sales Coordinator
Solutions RH
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets. • Lead training and development programs for external (in-store) sales representatives. • Monitor sales KPIs and ensure targets are met. • Prospect new customers, supporting the commercial representatives. • Ensure compliance with the company’s commercial processes and policies. • Conduct visits to prospective clients to expand business opportunities (finishing and building materials stores; construction sites, construction companies, architects).
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in active prospecting and new business development.
- Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Availability to work in the field (São Paulo and the Greater São Paulo area).
- Flexibility to conduct frequent visits to prospective clients.
- Own a private car and hold a valid driver’s license (CNH).

Area Sales Manager – Field Sales in Retail

• Managing and supporting grocery retail accounts such as REWE, EDEKA and Kaufland in the field. • Ensuring optimal distribution of our products and developing secondary placements. • Conducting competitor analyses during store visits. • Maintaining documentation in the CRM system and comprehensive territory and account management. • Participating in relevant trade fairs and exhibitions to represent yfood.
