Responsabilidades e atribuições: - Atuar no desenvolvimento da cultura de Customer Centricity (cliente no centro), trabalhando a experiência dos clientes e colaboradores de forma criativa com atenção a qualidade e perenidade das ações; - Terá um papel importante na criação de roteiros e diálogos para os atendimentos ao cliente. Sua habilidade em desenvolver roteiros que promovam uma comunicação empática, ágil e humanizada será crucial para garantir que os clientes se sintam valorizados e ouvidos em cada interação; - Interagir com clientes internos, em diferentes níveis hierárquicos no negócio para diagnóstico de necessidades e desenho de soluções personalizadas e humanizadas associadas a tecnologia e operação; - Desenvolver análises, formular hipóteses e apresentar soluções, desdobradas em plano de ações, para as necessidades dos nossos clientes externos e internos; - Conduzir planos de ação de modo que haja engajamento de todos envolvidos para atingir o resultado operacional proposto e comprovado por meio de métricas e indicadores; - Atuar em iniciativas internas de diferentes escopos sempre tendo como foco o cliente (colaboradores e clientes finais) no centro da sua estratégica. Essas iniciativas percorrem por diversas frentes, tais como planejamento estratégico, humanização de atendimento, mapeamento e redefinição de processos, modelos operacionais, definição e gestão de indicadores de performance, gestão de mudança e outros; - Prover para os clientes internos entregas de qualidade, que gerem ganhos nos resultados, na produtividade, na eficiência e nas experiências dos colaboradores e clientes; - Ser responsável pela implantação/liderança dos planos de ações propostos, com vista inclusive de necessidade de treinamentos ou reciclagem. Qualifications - Ensino Superior em andamento em áreas diversas; - Possuir experiência em trabalho com UX e Writer; - Experiências em construção de jornadas, fluxos, protótipos de projetos; - Capacidade de comunicação com os usuários internos e externos, criação de conteúdos a partir das pesquisas, reunir os trabalhos e mostrar através de apresentações a construção da estratégia; - Ter conhecimento e ter trabalhado com metodologias ágeis é um diferencial para esta vaga!
