Associate Health Coach – Flex PST Hours

Job Requirements
- NBHWC Board Certification and professional Health Coach training from an NBHWC-accredited program required
- 2+ years experience in health coaching
- Experience with large caseloads
- Demonstrated prior experience working with behavior change or chronic disease management
- Must deliver telehealth services in a private, professional space with reliable internet
- Serve as a visible member of the care team
- Able to work evenings
- Current state of residence within specified US states
- Ability to work PST hours
