Business Implementation Specialist
RJW Logistics Group
Role Description The Business Implementation Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a seamless transition for new customers into RJW's Consolidation Programs. This position is responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process, serving as a liaison between internal teams and the customer to ensure accurate setup, clear expectations, and operational excellence from day one. This role focuses on delivering a white-glove onboarding experience that mitigates common start-up errors, ensures knowledge continuity, and lays a strong foundation for long-term success. The Specialist acts as the customer's advocate during onboarding, ensuring that all relevant internal departments are aligned to support the customer's unique needs. - Lead discussions with customers to provide accurate and timely feedback on best practices for working with various retailers to reduce chargebacks for new customers. - Set clear expectations for customers to avoid common pitfalls reducing operational delays, or unplanned labor. - Ensure customers understand the non-negotiables RJW has within our operating procedures, such as order receipt cutoffs and inventory allocations. - Serve as a centralized point of contact during onboarding, proactively identifying and resolving potential service or compliance issues. - Work closely with the Account Management team to develop customized handoff plans that preserve institutional knowledge and ensure smooth transitions post-onboarding. - Maintain and update centralized documentation in Azure, SharePoint, and CRM systems to track onboarding progress and ensure cross-team transparency. Qualifications - 2 years related experience. - High School education required; college or some college preferred. - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. - Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers. - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. - Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. - Ability to determine "root cause" of problems and determine corrective action. - Knowledge of Business Operating Systems, Internet software, Word Processing, and Spreadsheet software. Requirements - Excellent verbal and written skills. - Knowledge and ability to enter data in Logistics software. - Excellent problem solving and resolution skills. - Ability to work under pressure situations. - Ability to multi-task. - Detail oriented. - General office management experience.
