Role Description Zoetis Imagyst Digital Cytopathology is seeking a full-time Clinical Pathologist. This is a remote position based in the US. Responsibilities of this role will primarily include: - Interpretation of digital cytology and hematology cases submitted from markets with Imagyst Digital Cytology service (US and international cases). - Glass slide review as a component of the quality control workflow. - Complete a minimum number of cases based on a minimum case target, which may be reviewed and updated periodically. - Available to complete cases during assigned ‘shift times’ (not to exceed 40hrs/week). - Opportunities to participate in other projects depending on interest and business need. Performance evaluation will include: - Case metrics. - Success in achieving standards of medical report quality. - Professionalism and communication with customers and colleagues. - Compliance with organizational and departmental policies and procedures. - Demonstration of Zoetis Core Beliefs. Qualifications - ACVP or ECVCP Clinical Pathology board certification or board eligibility. - DVM (or equivalent). - Formal pathology training – residency or graduate studies (master’s or PhD) in clinical pathology-related field. - Minimum of 1 year of digital cytology experience preferred.
