• Resolve complex issues across the entire infrastructure lifecycle • Manage and upgrade third-party/open-source solutions • Monitor system performance and implement solutions to optimize efficiency • Drive automation initiatives for streamlined processes • Partner closely with Development, QA, and Operations teams for configuration support • Conduct post-mortem analysis for incidents and propose strategic improvements • Participate in a 24x7 Operations on-call rotation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience with development and release processes
- AWS certification is preferred
- Expert in AWS Cloud Services, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
- Proficient in monitoring, managing, deploying, and upgrading software/servers across various environments
- Experienced with observability and workflow tools
- Experience with RDS performance optimization and administration, along with strong scripting and development skills on Linux
- Expertise in designing resilient, high-performing systems, implementing security best practices
- Strong independent problem-solver and mentor
