Role Description We’re looking for a talented Remote Freelance 3D Maya Animator to support us with creating engaging 3D animated videos and performance creatives for mobile games and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is a fast, collaborative animator with strong character animation skills, solid Maya experience, and the ability to work closely with 3D artists in a dynamic creative environment. Qualifications - Proficient in Maya - Experience with Studio Library - Strong experience in 3D animation, especially character animation - Solid understanding of animation principles: timing, spacing, weight, anticipation, follow-through, acting and appeal - Comfortable working with rigs, props, cameras and animation constraints - Familiar with the animation production workflow and integration process in Blender - Able to work from briefs, storyboards, animatics and references - Fast, communicative and comfortable receiving and implementing feedback - Familiarity with the animation industry and production pipeline - Good English communication skills - Availability to work with overlap to Israel working hours Requirements - Experience in the mobile gaming industry - Experience creating mobile game ads / UA creatives Benefits - Please send your showreel / portfolio with relevant character animation examples

Qualifications - 10+ years of games industry experience with at least three shipped titles. - Expert-level proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 lighting and GPU Lightmass pipeline. - Strong understanding of real-world lighting, photography, and cinematography principles. - Proven ability to create horror, suspense, or atmospheric lighting styles. - Experience optimizing lighting for real-time performance on PC and console. - Solid communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.
