Role Description Consistent with and supportive of CTU's mission (to provide industry-relevant higher education to a diverse student population through innovative technology and experienced faculty, enabling the pursuit of personal and professional goals), Adjunct Faculty members provide quality and innovative instruction and meaningful engagement with our students to successfully achieve the relevant course, program, and degree level outcomes and support their academic success. - Prepare relevant, insightful, and engaging instructional materials and utilize existing course materials that support learning by CTU's student population. - Provide instruction in assigned courses (including applicable laboratory or work that is integral to the courses) that aligns with CTU's curricula and outcomes, instructional modalities, course technologies, and faculty expectations. - Engage and communicate with students to encourage their course participation and learning while maintaining mutual respect and professionalism. - Relate professional/industry experience to CTU's Professional Learning Model by the continuation of professional/technical skills development, introduction of professional/industry perspectives into courses, and active awareness of professional/industry trends and opportunities. - Maintain accessibility for and provide timely responsiveness to students, academic/faculty leadership, and University staff by telephone, CTU e-mail, and other appropriate means of communication. - Establish and maintain weekly office hours for student questions/support. - Assess student performance on course assignments and provide assignment feedback to support continued student growth and development. - Maintain appropriate documentation of student course activities. - Work with appropriate CTU teams (e.g., advising, academic/faculty leadership, and University staff) and leverage appropriate information to identify and support students who may be exceptional or challenged in their coursework and/or educational endeavors. - Refer students to appropriate co-curricular and extra-curricular resources (e.g., advising, tutoring, library, learning centers, and career services). - Participate in and contribute to CTU's academic governance through attendance at appropriate University/college/program meetings and participation in the academic assessment and institutional effectiveness process (including completion of appropriate surveys and participation in continuous improvement initiatives). - Successfully complete required new faculty certification training, course-specific technology/pedagogical training, annual ethics and information technology policy training, and annual faculty development requirements. - Provide periodic required documentation of ongoing and updated licensures, certifications, immunizations (as appropriate to the specific college/program), scholarship, and academic/professional experience (e.g., CVs/resumes). - Work closely with Program Chair and/or Lead Faculty (as appropriate). - Perform other responsibilities and abide by the appropriate policies and procedures contained in CTU's Faculty Handbook. Qualifications - Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in meeting deadlines and urgency in responding to questions/requests. - Strong interpersonal and oral presentation/written communication skills. - Proficiency in working effectively, cooperatively, and flexibly in a team environment. - Proficiency with standard office and mobile applications (i.e., word processing, presentations, e-mail, calendaring, teleconferencing, text messaging, personal computers, and smart phones/tablets). Requirements - Master’s (or higher) in cybersecurity / closely related field or any discipline + 18 grad credits in cyber. - 3 + years recent hands-on security experience aligned to NICE work roles. - At least one major certification (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CEH, or Security+). - Proven online-teaching skills: daily LMS check-ins, 24-hr response to questions, grades posted ≤ 5 days. - Commit to lead one live virtual chat each week and maintain webcam/audio presence. - Comfortable delivering pre-built content and enriching with fresh, real-world examples. - Demonstrated commitment to staying current (conferences, new certifications, threat-intel contributions). - Adhere to FERPA, accessibility and academic-integrity policies. - Inclusive, adult-learning-focused pedagogy that supports diverse, non-traditional learners. Preferred Experience - Doctorate or multiple advanced certifications (e.g., OSCP, GCFA, SC-100). - Specialties in Cloud, OT/ICS, forensics, or threat intel for elective coverage. - Experience coaching CTF/CCDC teams.

• Design and maintain SAP authorization concepts and role structures aligned with business processes and least-privilege principles • Build and maintain master, derived, composite, and business roles for S/4HANA, ECC, and Fiori applications • Configure and operate SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM), including ruleset management, mitigating controls, and emergency access management • Perform segregation-of-duties analysis and remediation in collaboration with business process owners and internal audit • Configure user provisioning workflows in SAP GRC ARM, including request types, approval paths, and integration with IDM/IAM platforms • Operate SAP GRC Process Control for continuous controls monitoring and policy management • Implement security for Fiori applications, including catalogs, groups, and front-end authorizations • Configure and operate security for SAP BTP and cloud applications using XSUAA, IAS, and IPS • Support SAP audits (SOX, GxP, PCI) and respond to audit findings with documented remediation plans • Implement transport security, table logging, and audit logging in line with internal security policies • Monitor and remediate SAP Security Notes in coordination with Basis and DBA teams • Maintain comprehensive, current technical documentation • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer across the security team

• Designing, implementing, and operating security controls across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Cloud Applications, and hybrid Oracle environments. • Defining security architecture, hardening cloud workloads, managing identity and access, leading vulnerability and compliance programs, and responding to security incidents. • Working closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders. • Translating ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions and expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers.

• Lead the design and implementation of security controls, threat models, and incident response capabilities specifically tailored to AI and machine learning systems. • Build threat models for AI systems, including prompt injection, jailbreaks, data exfiltration, and abuse patterns. • Design and deploy guardrails, content filters, and policy enforcement layers around model endpoints. • Implement runtime detection and response capabilities for adversarial prompts and abusive behavior. • Secure training and fine-tuning pipelines, including data provenance, integrity, and access controls. • Design controls for sensitive data handling, retention, and redaction in LLM workflows. • Lead red-team exercises against AI systems and drive remediation of identified weaknesses. • Evaluate and harden third-party AI services and open-source AI components used internally. • Implement identity, authorization, and tenant-isolation patterns for multi-tenant AI services. • Drive supply chain security for ML artifacts including weights, datasets, and inference dependencies. • Collaborate with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to ensure AI systems meet regulatory obligations. • Develop monitoring, logging, and detection strategies tailored to AI workloads. • Lead incident response for AI-specific security events and drive durable improvements. • Stay current with adversarial ML, LLM security research, and emerging regulatory developments.
