Role Description The Real Estate Scheduling Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the operational efficiency and client experience within a dynamic real estate brokerage. - Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings - Manage and update calendars for agents and internal staff - Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients - Handle rescheduling requests and time adjustments - Maintain accurate scheduling records in internal systems - Communicate scheduling updates between clients and team members Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required - Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required - 0–2 years of administrative, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred - Familiarity with digital calendar tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, or similar) is an advantage - Strong time management and multitasking abilities - Professional written and verbal communication skills Requirements - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple schedules and time-sensitive tasks - Basic computer skills (email, calendar tools, spreadsheets) - Detail-oriented and dependable - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - No prior real estate experience required (training provided)

Role Description The Licensed Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision, guidance, and professional development support to Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Practicum Associates. This role focuses exclusively on supervision and clinical oversight and does not include direct administrative management responsibilities unless otherwise agreed upon. The supervisor ensures clinical services are delivered ethically, professionally, and in accordance with applicable state regulations, licensing board standards, and organizational policies. - Provide scheduled individual and/or group clinical supervision to LPCs and Practicum Associates. - Support supervisees in clinical case conceptualization, treatment planning, documentation practices, and ethical decision-making. - Monitor clinical competency, professional conduct, and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. - Review and sign documentation as required by state licensing regulations and organizational policies. - Assist supervisees in developing clinical skills, therapeutic interventions, and professional confidence. - Provide constructive feedback and performance-related recommendations regarding clinical practice. - Maintain accurate supervision records, including supervision hours and required documentation. - Identify training and professional development needs among supervisees. - Report concerns related to client safety, ethical violations, or clinical risk in a timely manner. - Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all applicable state and federal regulations. - Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/designee. Qualifications - Active and unrestricted professional clinical license in the applicable state (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent). - Approved Supervisor credential or eligibility to provide board-approved supervision, if required by state regulations. - Minimum of 2–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred. - Experience supervising clinicians, interns, or trainees preferred. - Strong knowledge of ethical standards, documentation requirements, and clinical best practices. - Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills. Requirements - Flexible schedule based on organizational needs and mutually agreed supervision hours. - Position may be fully remote, hybrid, or in-person depending on organizational requirements and state regulations. Compensation - Compensation will be based on an agreed-upon hourly or per-supervision-session contractor rate. - Contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes, licensure maintenance, insurance, and business expenses. Independent Contractor Status This position is classified as an independent contractor (1099) role. The contractor maintains independent control over the manner and means of providing services, consistent with applicable laws and contractual agreements.
