Role Description As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will own and oversee the company’s financial planning processes and overall financial visibility. Your primary goal is to ensure financials are accurate, well-understood, and aligned with budgets and forecasts while enabling data-driven decision-making. You will lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and month-end financial review; provide clear, actionable variance analysis; build models to evaluate business initiatives; investigate anomalies; and partner with department leaders to translate financial outputs into guidance for better decisions. - Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and month-end close reporting. - Perform detailed month-end reviews to ensure actual results align with budgets and forecasts. - Conduct variance analysis and provide clear narratives explaining key performance drivers. - Build and maintain driver-based financial models for revenue, headcount, and operations. Qualifications - Experience in financial planning and analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. Requirements - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
