Role Description As a Workday Certified Learning Consultant, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring and testing the Workday HCM solution with a focus on Learning to meet the specific needs of the client. Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise. May support proposal preparations, deliver demonstrations to clients and speak at conferences. This remote role can be located anywhere within Australia or New Zealand to perform the required responsibilities. Key Expectations - Provide expertise in the Workday HCM suite with a focus on Learning. - Lead or coach others to successfully: - Gather and document client business requirements. - Design and configure the Workday solution. - Demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems. - Assist in testing the Workday solution. - Complete knowledge transfer to clients. - Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday. - Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions. - Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge. - Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support. - Collaborate and communicate effectively on team-based projects. - Facilitate clients’ intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices. - Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is reputable and referenceable once in production. - Provide regular status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status. - Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively. - Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications. - Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation. - Demonstrate computational thinking by identifying problem components, analyzing patterns, removing inefficient configurations or processes, and constructing algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needs. - Contribute to and mold a culture of continuous education among your colleagues, mentees, and managers. - Provide insightful status reports to project managers that highlight risks to project health and improvements in client adoption. Qualifications - Current Workday Partner HCM Certification plus at least one other of the following HCM solutions: Learning. - 2 - 4+ years of WD configuration and implementation experience. - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. - Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company. - Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications. - Demonstrated project management experience. - Functional human resources experience. - Passion for providing exceptional customer service. - Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities. - Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training. - Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus. - Expected travel is +/-20% depending on project. • Work with prospective law school candidates to identify opportunities to strengthen their profiles and develop compelling law school application materials • Manage relationships with applicants and families while providing strategic and tactical guidance on law school selection, resumes, recommendations, essays, interviews, and the overall admissions process • Identify optimal law schools for individual students and provide guidance on university programs, majors, and admissions-related resources aligned with each student’s goals and background • Support students with project planning and application timeline management through trackers and organizational tools • Guide students in developing strong personal statements and application essays by advising on structure, editing, storytelling, and narrative development while maintaining the student’s authentic voice • Stay up to date on trends and changes within the law school admissions landscape to advise prospective and existing clients on school selection strategies and the nuances of applying to law school

• Develops financial aid strategies for clients that will allow them to meet their enrollment and revenue goals • Creates and presents financial aid historical and retention analyses to clients, explaining trends and opportunities • Consults regularly with client institutions • Presents and explains the Award+ tracking dashboard • Works with 10-15 clients throughout the year • Assists clients in fully understanding the extent and construct of the contracted financial aid • Meets regularly with the consulting team to discuss client goals and challenges and brainstorm solutions • Travel Frequency, 3-5 times per year
