Responsibilities and Tasks - Hub and/or vHub Management. - Proactively implement operational actions to drive towards #1 supplier ranking - Initiate, build and sustain effective relationships and communication with internal and external customers for operational efficiency. - Understand customer expectations and drive internal teams to provide optimal solution. - Orchestrate the process to collect customer expectations, extensively collaborate with functional partners to determine Micron's deliverables, lining up with corporate strategic objectives, with strong business and supply chain acumen. - Manage CBR Delivery & Customer Service scorecard, along with Customer Ranking Survey, orchestrating with cross functions for CAPA (Corrective Action/Preventive Action) to customers, representing GSC to deliver supply update, Customer/Micron joint-project status update in customer QBR. - Support the launch and scaling of strategic innovations, operational frameworks, and customer-facing tools. - Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance business processes, including developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operating as a culture vanguard towards infusing AI into everyday work. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree on biz with proven experience on customer success/operation role - 1+ years of experience in customer success or operations management, facing external customers - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong biz and supply chain acumen - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience! - Experience with supply chain management - Proven track record of implementing successful customer success strategies! - Familiarity with SAP, CRM software and data analysis tools - Good at Excel, PPT.
