• Provide virtual-first psychosocial assessments and skill-based psychotherapy to individuals with serious mental illness • Facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care • Provide audio-only follow-up sessions in the event of technical issues • Document treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms • Provide support and advocacy to caregivers and family members • Lead/facilitate support groups and group therapy • Identify social determinants of health needs that team members will work to resolve • Participate in huddles and multidisciplinary communication
Job Requirements
- Experience with screening for common mental health and/or substance use disorders.
- Experience with assessment and treatment planning for common mental health and/or substance use disorders.
- Experience conducting psychotherapy via telehealth
- Active and unrestricted licensure as one of the following in Florida (or ability to become licensed in Florida): Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team setting
- Ability to maintain effective and professional relationships with patients and other members of the care team
- Comfort working in a startup environment with a rapidly growing and evolving team

• Drive revenue growth by co-selling Viracor’s cell therapy testing solutions alongside CAR T and cell therapy manufacturers and field sales into treatment centers and across integrated delivery networks (IDN) • Identify, develop, and expand strategic partnerships with academic medical centers, transplant programs, IDNs and oncology networks involved in cell therapy delivery • Execute area business plans that align with corporate objectives, focusing on increasing test adoption across the cell therapy patient journey • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, marketing, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions to customers • Lead complex sales processes from opportunity identification through close, including stakeholder mapping, value articulation, and contract alignment • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, pharmacists, and program administrators in cell therapy centers • Deliver high-impact, clinically credible presentations on diagnostic solutions supporting CAR T and other cell therapies • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform strategy and product development • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of account activity, pipeline, and forecasts within CRM systems • Manage territory expenses in alignment with budget expectations • Represent Viracor at industry meetings, conferences, and customer events • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and coordination with internal teams • Stay current on advancements in cell therapy, immunology, and diagnostic technologies relevant to the portfolio
• Define and implement solutions to improve the patient journey in line with company strategy, e.g. disease awareness • Engage in long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to bring value to the entire EB ecosystem • Ensure the proper administration of the drug by training respective HCPs • Identify breakpoints in the care pathway in order to prioritize and develop the most relevant actions based on the defined strategy. • Establish label-based product related knowledge with HCPs and KEEs at Reference and Competence Centres as well as with office-based HCPs • Execute product and disease related programs, exhibits across reference centres, priority institutions, congresses and events • Train pharmacies & nurses for the preparation and administration as per label to ensure best in class home administration • Achieve sales goals in the assigned territory through promotion of B-VECTM to the HCPs involved in the diagnosis, management and treatment of DEB • Develop and own territory account plans leveraging appropriate internal stakeholders • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure access to care and availability of all necessary logistics to provide drug administration and build EB network and patient support awareness • Generate evidence and insights related to patients’ journey
