• Design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and visualizations that effectively present complex data. • Test and debug dashboards to ensure their accuracy and reliability. • Maintain and update existing dashboards based on evolving business needs and data changes. • Ensure the highest level of data quality and accuracy in all deliverables. • Provide support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to dashboards and reporting tools. • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on how to use and interpret dashboards. • Preparing, modeling, transforming, and organizing data for use in online dashboards and reports. • Connecting business intelligence tool to data sources and creating calculations, dimensions, and measures. • Building, configuring, testing, and maintaining dashboards using business intelligence tool. • Publishing and refreshing dashboards across development, QA, and production environments.

• Define and lead the long-term technical architecture of the platform • Lead backend architecture and infrastructure strategy using Rust-based systems • Help build scalable systems supporting feeds, messaging, live updates, video, and data infrastructure • Oversee engineering direction across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and product systems • Partner closely with leadership on product and company strategy • Establish engineering culture, hiring standards, and technical execution processes • Work directly with engineers on architecture reviews, tradeoffs, and implementation decisions • Help design future financial infrastructure including rewards, wallets, payments, and crypto-related systems • Support AI-powered systems including translation, recommendation, search, and football history infrastructure • Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and security across all systems

Role Description This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead a small team of engineers while actively contributing to the codebase. Your focus is execution—shipping high-quality features, maintaining velocity, and ensuring the team delivers consistently. You are not just a coordinator. You are a builder who leads from the front. - Feature delivery from concept to production across backend, frontend, and integrations - Day-to-day engineering leadership for a small, high-performing team - Code quality and standards (reviews, testing discipline, maintainability) - Sprint execution and delivery cadence (working closely with VP of Development) - Hands-on development in: - C#/.NET backend services - Angular / TypeScript frontend - Collaboration with product and leadership to translate requirements into shipped features - Debugging and problem-solving across the stack under real production pressure - Mentorship of engineers—raising the bar on output, thinking, and ownership Qualifications - 7–10+ years of software development experience - 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers (formal or informal) - Strong expertise in: - C#/.NET backend development - RESTful APIs - SQL / relational database design - Solid experience with: - Modern frontend frameworks (Angular preferred, React acceptable) - TypeScript / JavaScript - Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable) - Ability to own features end-to-end, not just tickets - Strong communication skills—you can align engineers and communicate trade-offs clearly Requirements - You’ve worked in a startup or high-velocity environment where shipping matters - You are comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete specs - You think in systems, not just tasks - You can balance speed vs. quality without overengineering - You’ve worked on multi-tenant SaaS products - Exposure to AI/ML features or API integrations (LLMs, data pipelines, etc.) - Experience leading remote/distributed teams effectively Benefits - Full-time (U.S. business hours preferred) - Compensation: $5000
