Business Data Analyst
MATRIX SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES
• Define and document business functions and processes. • Analyze the integration of business functions with technology. • Maintain a working knowledge of accounting, procurement, finance, or contract management. • Assist with business case development and business process reengineering. • Consult with management and personnel to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements. • Recommend new processes that yield operational efficiencies. • Develop or assist with project work plans, project timelines. • Software testing and confirming adherence to acceptance criteria.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Facilitating meetings with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Data analysis, workflow mapping, and process improvement
- Supporting software development teams with user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
